Fall Create Your Own 2025

Please read all of these instructions before registering, class times have changed:

Many designs to choose from this year!! All ages and levels of artistic skill are welcome. Bring friends and family for a fun day of creativity. You will have various Fall gourd designs to choose from. You add your artistic (or not so artistic) touches with the help of our skilled crafters to make a unique gourd that is all your own. We have several days and a variety of times to choose from.

Pre-registration is required:

There will be a $10.00 registration fee (plus processing fees) per person which will be applied to the gourds you craft during the workshop. Full refunds will be given if notified by 4:00 pm on Thursday, August 28th for anyone who is signed up for the September 6 & 7 classes. Anyone who is signed up for the October 19-20 classes will have until Thursday, September 4th at 4:00pm to cancel. If you need to cancel after your deadline, please let me know, I normally have a wait list and if I am able to fill your spots, you will receive a full refund, but this is contingent that I am able to fill them. Please call Dori at 717-776-6029 Monday-Friday 10:00 am - 4:00 pm if you need to cancel. No shows will forfeit the $10.00 registration fee and will not be able to be used by others in the party.

If you are ordering for a group:

and would like to sit together, please only place one order under one name. Please click on the block in green to copy this information to all ticket holders. Please DO NOT give me individual names. Example: If you are ordering 4 tickets - put them all under your name, this way all the tickets will be grouped together. This will eliminate you being disappointed when you get here, and we were not aware that there were several groups under different names that wanted to sit together.

Once you have registered, you will receive a confirmation email that will have tickets attached. Please print out tickets and bring along or be able to bring up on your phone the day of the event to receive your refund when you checkout.

Details:

We will be holding multiple workshops on each day of the Fall Create Your Own.

Classes on Saturday and Sunday will be held inside at 9:00am, 11:30am and 2:00pm in the back room (BR) and 9:30am, 12:00pm and 2:30 in the front room (FR). There is no difference between the room as to what projects are available. Each class will be 2 hours long. NEW Refunds:

Please note that service charges for the tickets are non-refundable. If you need to cancel you will be refunded the cost of the ticket only ($10.00/ticket). If you need to move to another day, please call Dori and she will be able to move your entire party to the date and time works better for you.
