Spring Create Your Own VIP Night 2025 - Adults Only

We are super excited about offering an extra class on Friday night, March 15th, from 6:00pm-9:00pm. We will have all of our regular Create Your Own gourds available plus some really cool EXTRA LARGE Spring gourds available. This class is limited to only 25 people so you will have extra time with extra help to make some really extra special gourds!

Helpful Information:

• This is an ADULT ONLY class, and all participants must be 21 or older to attend.
• This event is BYOB, and you can also bring snacks along to share with your group.
• VERY IMPORTANT: You must call 717-776-6029 to place your order for the Extra-Large Gourds that you would like to craft this night so that we have enough for everyone who would like to make them. I will need to know how many open bellied bodies and head (duck or bunny) or Floras you would like to order.

Pre-registration is required:

There will be a $50.00 registration fee (plus processing fees) per person which will be applied to the gourds you craft during the workshop. Full refunds will be given if notified by 4:00 pm on March 27th. Please call Dori at 717-776-6029 Monday-Friday 10:00 am - 4:00 pm if you need to cancel. No shows will forfeit the $50.00 registration fee and will not be able to be used by others in the party.

If you are ordering for a group:

and would like to sit together, please only place one order under one name. Please click on the block in green to copy this information to all ticket holders. Please DO NOT give me individual names. Example: If you are ordering 4 tickets - put them all under your name, this way all the tickets will be grouped together. This will eliminate you being disappointed when you get here, and we were not aware that there were several groups under different names that wanted to sit together.

Once you have registered, you will receive a confirmation email that will have tickets attached. Please print out tickets and bring along or be able to bring up on your phone the day of the event to receive your refund when you checkout.

By entering an event or program of Meadowbrooke Gourds, you are entering an area where photography, audio and video recording may occur.

Your entry and presence on the event premises constitutes your consent to be photographed, filmed, and/or otherwise recorded and to the release, publication, exhibition, or reproduction of any and all recorded media of your appearance, voice, and name for any purpose whatsoever in perpetuity in connection with Meadowbrooke Gourds and its initiatives, including, by way of example only, use on websites, in social media, news and advertising.

By entering the event premises, you waive and release any claims you may have related to the use of recorded media of you at the event, including, without limitation, any right to inspect or approve the photo, video or audio recording of you, any claims for invasion of privacy, violation of the right of publicity, defamation, and copyright infringement or for any fees for use of such record media.

You understand that all photography, filming and/or recording will be done in reliance on this consent. If you do not agree to the foregoing, please do not enter the event premises.
