Winter Create Your Own VIP Night 2025 - Adults Only

We are super excited about offering an extra class on Friday night, December 13th, from 6:00pm-9:00pm. We will have all of our regular Create Your Own gourds available plus some really cool EXTRA LARGE Winter gourds available. This class is limited to only 25 people so you will have extra time with extra help to make some really extra special gourds!

Designs will be:

• Snowman Head
• Gingerbread Man Head
• Glove Body
• Tree Body
• Snowman and Gingerbread Man are approximately 10" in diameter and 19" tall
• Penguin is approximately 9" in diameter and 15" tall

Pricing is $100.00 for the Snowman and Gingerbread man and $85.00 for the Penguin. Please call Dori at 717-776-6029 or email her at [email protected] which gourds (Body, head and/or Penguin) you would like to make so she can order them ahead for you. If you are only interested in doing the normal CYO gourds, let her know that too.

Helpful Information:

• This is an ADULT ONLY class, and all participants must be 21 or older to attend.
• This event is BYOB, and you can also bring snacks along to share with your group.
• VERY IMPORTANT: You must call 717-776-6029 to place your order for the Extra-Large Gourds that you would like to craft this night so that we have enough for everyone who would like to make them.

Pre-registration is required:

Pre-registration is required. There is a $50.00 registration fee (plus processing fees) per person to hold your spot at the event. You will receive a $50 credit per person to use towards your projects during the workshop. Once you have registered, you will receive a confirmation email that will have tickets attached.

Please print out tickets and bring along or be able to bring up on your phone the day of the event to receive your refund when you checkout.

If you do not craft enough gourds to reach $50.00, you will forfeit the difference and you will not receive a refund.

Ordering for a Group:

If you are ordering for a group: and would like to sit together, please only place one order under one name. Please click on the block in green to copy this information to all ticket holders.

Example: If you are ordering 4 tickets - put them all under your name, so we can ensure that you are seated together.

Cancellation

Please note that service charges for the tickets are non-refundable. If you need to cancel you will be refunded the cost of the ticket only ($50.00/ticket). In order to receive a refund, you need to cancel your registration by December 1st at 4pm.

No shows will forfeit the $50.00 registration fee and will not be able to be used by others in the party.
